Le grand Macabre Matineé

The morning meeting with the creators and performers for the Czech premiere of Le Grand Macabre will be moderated by the dramaturg of the National Theatre Opera and the State Opera Ondřej Hučín.

Conductor and artistic curator of the Opera Nova festival Jiří Rožeň, director, stage designer and costume designer Nigel Lowery, multi-instrumentalist, composer and pedagog Lukas Ligeti, curator and researcher of the Paul Sacher Foundation Heidy Zimmermann have all accepted the invitation to join the discussion. Eir Inderhaug (soprano, Venus, Chief Gepopo), Ivo Hrachovec (bass, Astradamors) and Viktorija Korosunova (soprano, Mescalina) will take part in the event and perform musical samples from the opera Le Grand Macabre.
